Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your RSNDZ purchase. If there is ever an issue with your watch, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at Admin@rsndzco.com with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Items that show wear or damage may not be eligible for return

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily exchange it or work with you on a solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Final Sale Items

Limited-batch and discounted items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return unless defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
